One Man, Two Guvnors

It’s 1963. We find ourselves thrust into the criminal underworld of Brighton, England. One Man, Two Guvnors written by Richard Bean is based on Carlo Goldoni’s Italian comedy, A Servant of Two Masters, written in 1746. This play is one of the most famous examples of Commedia dell’arte (The Comedy of Art).
